Treasure Cases
Treasure Cases are the presentation boxes used to deliver Tomorrowland festival admission bracelets and related materials. Their form has evolved from decorated ticket packaging into elaborate collectible objects using books, drawers, mechanical elements, lights, sound, sculpted details and themed inserts. This category records complete cases as well as clearly identified edition variants, with attention to the year, event, materials, dimensions, included contents and known production differences. The bracelet itself is catalogued separately when it has an independent record. Because cases are frequently stored without their original outer packaging or accessories, completeness notes and photographs of every side are valuable. The archive uses official names where they are documented and descriptive names where no formal title is known. Treasure Cases are preserved here as examples of festival design and storytelling, not as products for sale. Rarity and verification labels reflect available sources, observed variants and collector evidence rather than current resale prices.
Bracelets
Festival bracelets are the wearable access items issued for Tomorrowland electronic music festival editions and related events. This category includes fabric bracelets, RFID closures, decorative tokens, comfort or hospitality variants, crew and production access pieces, and other officially identifiable access formats. Entries distinguish the bracelet design from its Treasure Case and record the year, event, access type, colour, closure, printed or woven details and known variants whenever evidence allows. Used and unused examples may differ because activation, wear, trimming or removal can alter the object. A visual difference does not automatically prove a separate official variant, so the archive relies on clear photographs, provenance and comparison with verified examples. These bracelets are documented as historical access objects and pieces of festival identity rather than as valid credentials. Any electronic access function should be considered expired. Community submissions are reviewed before publication, and uncertain examples remain labelled accordingly.
Books & Yearbooks
Books and yearbooks collect the visual stories, photography, artwork and production history surrounding the Tomorrowland electronic music festival. This category includes official hardcover and softcover publications, commemorative books, photo books, story editions, programmes and substantial printed volumes connected with a specific year, theme or anniversary. Archive records describe the title, publication date, language, format, dimensions, page count, publisher and edition details where these can be verified. Dust jackets, slipcases, inserts and numbered certificates are noted because they may affect completeness. Books that were included inside another collectible are cross-referenced rather than assumed to be standalone releases. The category excludes ordinary leaflets and maps, which have their own place in the archive. By recording covers, spines, title pages and notable internal details, the archive helps distinguish editions while respecting copyright and avoiding reproduction of entire publications. Entries serve documentation and research, not book sales.
Vinyl
Vinyl records in the Tomorrowland festival archive include official albums, compilations, artist collaborations, box sets and limited pressings connected with Tomorrowland and its music labels. Each entry aims to document the release title, year, label, catalogue number, format, colour or pressing variant, sleeve design, track context and included extras. Numbered editions, alternate covers and regional pressings are treated as distinct only when the difference can be supported by reliable evidence. Records are photographed with their sleeves, inserts and labels where possible, since packaging details often provide the clearest identification. Condition is separate from rarity: a scarce pressing may survive in several conditions, while a common release can still be historically useful. The archive does not sell records or provide market valuations. Its purpose is to preserve a structured view of the physical music releases that extend the Tomorrowland electronic music festival’s identity beyond the event itself.
Clothing
Clothing is a deliberately narrow category within the Tomorrowland festival collectibles archive. General fashion, routine merchandise and pieces from closing collections are outside the project’s scope. An apparel item is considered only when it is an exceptional historical object, such as a uniquely numbered edition, a documented staff or production piece, or another garment whose limited distribution and direct event connection make it important to the archive. Entries must explain that significance and record the year, event, role, manufacturer, materials, labels, numbering and provenance wherever possible. Size or colour alone does not create a separate collectible record unless it represents a documented official variant. Photographs should show the full front and back, labels, edition marks and distinctive details. This selective approach keeps the archive focused on objects with strong documentary value rather than attempting to catalogue every item of Tomorrowland-branded apparel.
Artwork & Posters
Artwork and posters preserve the illustrated and graphic language of the Tomorrowland electronic music festival. This category includes official posters, numbered prints, commissioned artworks, event graphics released as physical objects and other verified visual editions. Archive entries identify the artist or studio, title, year, event, printing method, dimensions, paper or material, edition size, numbering and signature status where known. Digital promotional images are not included unless they were issued as a defined collectible or support the documentation of a physical work. Because unofficial reproductions can closely resemble original pieces, provenance, paper details, marks and complete photographs are important. Frames are described separately unless supplied as part of the official edition. The archive presents these works for historical reference with appropriate image credits and does not reproduce full-resolution art for commercial use or offer objects for sale.
